At GoHighLevelCoach, we aim to deliver high-value, affordable digital training to help you upgrade your skills and build a career. Due to the digital nature of our course and instant access to all materials, please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully.

❌ Cancellations

  • Once the payment is made and access to the course is granted, cancellations are not allowed.

  • We do not offer cancellations for digital content unless required by law.

💸 Refunds

We maintain a strict no-refund policy, except in the following scenarios:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you've been charged more than once for the same course, we’ll initiate a full refund for the excess amount.

  • Technical Error: If a technical issue on our end prevents you from accessing the course permanently, and our support team is unable to resolve it.

  • Incorrect Transaction: In case of a billing mistake, email us within 48 hours at [email protected] with transaction details.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Once access is given to course content, we cannot accept refund requests based on personal circumstances, change of mind, or lack of usage.
